Metal Gear Solid 5: release date possibly announced by mistake

As always with a slip of information on the internet someone on Reddit has managed to catch a bit of news from the well known Guardian newspaper.

An interview with producer and director Hideo Kojima ended with the following comment  “Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain is due out on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on 17 March, 2015.” This was quickly edited and now reads “Early 2015” So the big question is was this the real deal or a guess that had been requested to be removed? It would look like only time will tell but it is good have a small insight to when we can expect this much anticipated release to be available.

If you have not had a chance to check out the full trailer to this latest title in the series then you really are missing out. This game trailer has even brought Hollywood directors to their knees. The music track was one of the first things that stood out to me, it holds such an emotion to the scenes you are witnessing.  personally I always have a bit of a love for the bond shared by the brothers in arms and this just deals it hard.

I don’t think any words I can put in here will do this justice so get comfy and find a spare 5 minutes to embrace this.
